All flight operations are conducted under FAR Part 91 regulations. As Pilot in Command (PIC), you assume total responsibility for the operation of the aircraft. Blue Wings Aviation reserves the right to deny rental privileges to any individual who fails to meet safety, operational, or financial requirements at our sole discretion.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Carolina and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
